Household Items Price Guide
1. Purpose
This Annex defines the reference pricing structure for all second-hand household items supplied through the 2ND LIFE Rehoming Hub.
This document forms part of the 2ND LIFE Rehoming & Delivery Policy and must be read together with:
- Annex B – Household Setup Packages
- Annex C – Delivery Fee Schedule and Conditions
Where delivery, assembly or storage applies, Annex C governs the applicable fees and operational conditions.
2. Currency and GST
All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices displayed to consumers are GST-inclusive unless otherwise specified in a business-to-business quotation.
3. Pricing Structure
Items are classified under three quality tiers:
- Essential
- Comfort
- Select
Tier Classification
Tier classification is determined by 2ND LIFE based on condition, age, brand, structural integrity, functionality and overall presentation.
Final tier allocation is at the discretion of 2ND LIFE.
4. Market Price Items
Select-tier items may be classified as Market Price where applicable.
Market Price items are individually assessed and priced based on condition, brand, demand, availability and fair market value.
These items are not subject to the fixed tier price ranges listed in this Annex.
5. Price Variability
Prices may vary depending on:
- Item condition
- Brand and model
- Demand and supply
- Availability at the time of allocation
Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order.
6. Inventory Source
All rehoming items originate from removal operations and warehouse recovery processes.
Availability of specific items, brands or quantities may fluctuate depending on incoming removal volumes and warehouse processing capacity.
2ND LIFE does not guarantee continuous availability of specific brands, models or quantities.

7. Item Categories and Price Ranges
The categories listed below represent the most common item types processed through the Rehoming Hub.
Additional item types may be supplied and priced according to the applicable tier structure.

The table forms part of this Annex and must be read in conjunction with this document.

8. Condition Acknowledgment
All items supplied by 2ND LIFE are second-hand and sold as is, subject to the conditions set out in the Rehoming & Delivery Policy.
Minor wear, cosmetic imperfections and age-related marks are expected and do not constitute defects.
